What the extension can and cannot see, and how to tell us when it gets a store wrong.

Known limits

Situation	What you will see	Why
Headless storefront (Hydrogen and similar)	Shopify store, theme not detected	The page has no theme object to read. Apps are still listed when their scripts are present.
Store behind a password page	Shopify store, password-protected; the theme may be hidden behind the password page	Only the password page itself is readable.
Checkout page, closed or moved store, Shopify's own websites	A neutral label and one line of explanation, not an error	These pages are Shopify pages without a storefront theme. Open the store page and click again.
Store protected by a bot wall or an interstitial	Not a Shopify store, or a very short result	The page you see in the tab is not the store page. Wait for the store to load, then click again.
An app is missing from the list	The app is not listed	Apps are recognized by signatures bundled with the extension. A very new or rare app may not have one yet.
Custom or unknown theme	Custom / unknown theme, no price and no Theme Store link	The theme is not in the bundled Theme Store list.
Browser pages, the Chrome Web Store, PDF viewer	A request to open a store page	Chrome does not allow extensions to read these pages.

Open the store page that was detected wrongly and click the extension icon.
Press Report wrong detection at the bottom of the panel. The extension prepares a short report: the address, what it detected and which scripts matched. If a support address is set, your mail app opens with the report; otherwise the report is copied to the clipboard.
Add one line on what is wrong (for example, the theme you expected) and send it to ivokorchek@gmail.com.

The report contains the address of the page you were on. It is created only when you press the button and is sent only if you send it.
